Our sports and football conventions are designed to give a unique insight into coaching methodology, academy environments and player development philosophies. Numerous coaches gather every year to learn, connect and share ideas.
Each of our Coaches' Conventions is themed. NSX Ltd has teamed up with several English professional football clubs to offer a unique coaching insight into the English academy system.
Our central aim runs through each event, and that is for our coaches to learn, connect and stay up-to-date with the latest news from the industry. Although we are a UK based company, we have an international reach and look to encourage coaches worldwide to attend our conventions.
A key element of our events is the delivery of the Premier League Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). The FA 4 Corner Model is integrated within the framework that forms the curriculum for young players at professional clubs from ages 8 to 23. It suggests that player development needs to be looked at from a technical/tactical, physical, psychological and social point of view – and that no corner works in isolation from the others.
Coach Development Experiences
Our trips include a visit to the National Federation of Belgium with Roberto Martinez; an opportunity to understanding a proven successful methodology, whilst observing practices of some of the world’s leading coaches and players.
At NSX Sports, we aim to offer a world leading coach development platform; The Coaching Hub. This comprises of a digital sharing platform for coaches in the professional youth game to share ideas and information with each other, filtering onto a social media network for coaches of all levels around the world to access.
